I usually get a 6ox sirloin and a side of steamed veggies. I don't eat seafood, so having a steak makes me feel like I'm having a cheat meal, but its not too bad. Enjoy!

When you signed up for mfp, it asks you what lifestyle you lead. This way when it assigns you your calorie goals, it takes into account that you are "burning" a certain amt of calories already based on your answer. For example, my daily goal is 1380, but I chose sedentary b/c I mostly sit at a computer. You can't count…

What I do is combine the turkey and sauce on the recipe tool on mfp and then figure how many cups that makes and it will tell you the nutritional value for each cup. I don't mix the noodles in, this way I can measure them out by the cup as well.

Coffee or Apple Juice. Also, when my daughter (4 yrs old) is like that, her doctor says to put a little dark kayro syrup in 8 ox of water and drink it. It always worked for her. Hope it gets better!

I say enjoy it in moderation. Maybe take your own Sugar Free syrup for the pancakes so you can cut calories. Enjoy!

I was also told that if you do weight training the same day as cardio that you should do cardio last. Not sure how factual that is though.

I began using the weight machines now along with my cardio. Not realy heavy lifting, but as I lose weight, I want to make sure I am toning as I lose so I don't have flabby skin. I do a couple of rep's on each maching. Usually last less than 30 min.

I can tell you I was eating 800-900 ne calories and stalled...once I began eating more and adding in a little more exercise, I started to see results pretty quickly. Think about how crappy you will feel if you don't get your workout in. I usually feel pretty guilty.

I always make sure I net at least 1200, so sometimes that means I am eating 1800 calories. I usually burn between 700-800 a day, so I added in more healthy foods throughout the day. Try eating some mixed nuts, unsalted of course. High in protein and fills my calories after I work out.

I loved The Book Thief- its set in WWII and is fiction. I also just finished Water for Elephants set in the 1930's around a circus, but its really a love story!

I'm bumping to see the answer! I too do 60 min of cardio and then just bounce around on the machines until I'm tired. No particular order and no particular reps. I need a schedule as well!

I have Just Dance 2 and use it at home after I have done 30 day shred. It's a pretty game to get more mobility and flexibility, but not a huge burn for me. For me, the louder and faster, the better. I listen to a lot of metal/rock. Metallica, Avenged Sevenfold, Black Sabbath etc. It gets me pumped!
