calories burned

Hey guys!! When I am tracking my exercise on here my calories burned is always WAAAAYYY lower than what my hrm sayd should I go by what it says on here or my hrm??? Sorry new to anything and everything to do with fitness.

I dont have an HRM but are you reading it right? Don't you have to subtract out your base calories? Sorry if thats a "duh I tried that" question but most people have the opposite problem- MFP is way higher than their HRM0
