C25k is a GREAT program, and they have an amazing iPhone app (free) that will tell you when you start running/walking and you can play your music from the app. Highly recommended.

You should be able to... but as I said, I haven't accurately logged in forever. When I do log, I measure everything out. I don't see how that affects what I can buy? My activity is pretty much sedentary as when I try to do exercise I get laughed at and/or my kids jump on me or get hurt by me. Again, how does that affect…

I can't eat veggies raw/only slightly cooked. I need them to the point of mush/slop, only then can I tolerate them.

Does a kg of feathers weight more than a kg of stones? NO! Ffs it's simple stuff! But yes, muscle takes up LESS SPACE than fat. Nothing "weighs more" than anything else. The amounts/density varies.

In general, the smaller you are, the harder you have to work to burn calories. It's the sad truth :( But yes, make sure you update your weight on the Ft7 every couple of kgs.

A lot of people talking about c-sections, just mentioning that both my delivery's were natural. But my pouch is still very real & worse than my sisters, who has had 3 c-sections all within a year of each other.

As I've said, it isn't the stretch marks I am worried about. They will fade. It is the excess skin I am dreading.

Everyone telling me about stretch marks, I have mentioned before that I am VERY aware that they aren't going anywhere. I KNOW I'll NEVER be able to show my bare belly. Lol I've lived in Aus all my life, trust me we are NOT all cut. Percentages only we are fatter than Americans, you just beat us in pure numbers. Edit: Forgot to answer the post!! Lol! I prefer more cut less bulk :)
