I jut don't see why. Men get to leave, and I they still see their kids 2-3+ days a week they're praised as a great dad. If a woman does the same, suddenly she's the devil? I don't understand why. Just because you're a woman, it doesn't make you the better parent.

Do what works for you. I tried to 3 meals 3 snacks - would binge and hungry all the time. I tried 3 bigger meals no snacks - would binge and hungry all the time. What works for me? Only really eating dinner, and then snacks between dinner and bed. (This is not set in stone, some days I'll have brekky/lunch but not usually)…

Imo, NOTHING wrong with whole eggs. Except for me, it's not worth the calories!!

If you put in a black container/bowl you can see better. If it's clear, it's off. If it's cloudy, you're good to go :) Usually mine last a week (sometimes more) after being thawed.

My partner smokes a fair bit, and never exercises. I have never smoked and exercise daily. When he decides to exercise with me (rare), he has way more energy and stamina. It's very possible to be fit and a smoker :)

Sorry but I don't have access to a gym so I can't do anything with "heavy" weights, no matter how much I want to try. So I was hoping there might be other things I can do that don't require a crap ton of money.

Agreed about the boobs!! I've gone from 16DD to 14B... if I lose anymore boob I'll have none left!! Mostly my bum just looks deflated, I actually had a nice bum when I was fat(er)! lol

^^^ What she said! Eat the foods you love, try some new "healthier" foods, work out what works for you! But keeping an eye on your calories, exercising and keeping things in balance is how you get healthy. The weight will take care of itself.

I'm 5'3" and the tights I'm wearing in that picture are AUS 10. (But jeans/normal pants I'm 12/14)

I still wear all my old size 16/18 clothes and they still fit, even though I can buy 12/14s and they fit as well. I'm just so confused at how the scale can change a fair bit, but the body not at all :-/ At least you're all making me feel like I'm not blind, and that there isn't a difference :)

You cannot just work out and expect to see results without watching your food intake. Unless you're running marathons from dusk to dawn! Use this site how it's intended, and you'll be fine :)

I'd suggest a pregnancy multi vitamin, and eating lots of fruits, vegetables and meats! Good luck! :)

Egg whites (15cals per egg white and still get a LOT of the protein) with bacon is an amazingly filling brekky. Also WATER WATER WATER!! Drink water all the time :)

Aussie here :) Been doing this a while now. 5'3" started at 86ks, down to around 65kgs now so still a ways to go... feel free to add :) Biggest hurdle for me losing weight in australia is all the amazing low cal stuff in the USA! Such as 0 cal cooking spray... jealous!
