jillian micheals 30 day shred questions

ok so i'm on day 17 of the 3o day shred and i took my measurements and weight after 2 weeks of doing it and i've lost nothing!!?? however people have said they see a difference in me. i'm not dieting while doing this program,could this be the problem?

    The 30ds burns approx 150-300 calories including warmup and cooldown depending on your weight and how high your heart rate gets, etc.) That isnt that much. Dont get me wrong, it's a good dvd but without diet that isn't a high calorie burn.

    If you're not watching your diet, then you're not going to see a lot of results. Like the above poster mentioned, 30DS isn't a very high calorie burner (unless you're really overweight & not as fit). I'm 5'3" & 149 lbs & my burn is around 180. Change your diet, and I'm sure you'll see better results.

    You cannot just work out and expect to see results without watching your food intake. Unless you're running marathons from dusk to dawn! Use this site how it's intended, and you'll be fine :)
