I'm 5'3", started at 86kgs (190lbs) and got down to 60kgs (132lbs) but back up to 65kgs (143lbs). Need to get to at least 45-50kgs (100-110lbs) until I won't look fat thanks to having no boobs and huge bum!! :'(

I only burn around 200cals. 5'3, 65kgs with a Polar FT4 HRM.

It's just embarrassing because he's in really good shape even though he smokes, and eats like it's his last meal! I guess it just annoys me having him around when I'm working so hard to get what he has without trying... damn green eyed monster! :P

The fact that my calves/ankles never got fat. Edit to add: - and that my arms never got fat. I am truly thankful for these things!!

I would do it in our bedroom but the bed hardly fits in it! Let alone me jumping about >< haha. I'll have to start getting up earlier... which is hard because this household doesn't even think about getting out of bed until 9am! No excuses I suppose... but waking up kids will really suck :( Just gotta do it.

Deodorant - good stuff is expensive but the cheap stuff smells like cheap soap spray! Socks - if I buy the $1 socks, I put holes in them within a week. Coffee - It has to be international roast for me & hubs.

Nothing will make you bulky unless you go out of your way with hormone replacements ect ect. Lift HEAVY.

Only problem with that is seeing a doctor is free, seeing a nutritionist can be in the $100's! Ah well.

EXCEPT this photo has been proved to be fake, it's a regular fit woman (NOT mother) that someone put stretch marks on digitally. Gives me false hope really! NEVER seen a good before/after for a mum who had stretch marks and got fat that EVER got thin. Sure mums that never got stretch marks, mums that never got fat, but…

Are you talking about a HRM? If so, NO you cannot use it to calculate your BMR or TDEE. They are only accurate for estimating exercise calories burnt.

Get new boobs if I can afford it. Get the tattoo I've always wanted WHERE I've always wanted it (but couldn't cause I was fat). Skimpy bikini & go to the beach. Sexy (not slutty) outfit and high heels and go dancing :)

I'd go with the one! Seeing your sleeping patterns is great cause it'll motivate you to get into bed a bit earlier ;) And a fitbit in general is AMAZING! You won't regret it!

Egg white omelette with spinach and bacon. Mine usually comes in around 150cals. LOTS of protein and yum yum yum!

I haven't grown any taller since I was 14, and at 14 I looked slim and healthy at 45kgs. So I'm shooting for that!
