My Holiday goal is to stay within my daily calorie goal and to NOT binge eat all the deserts that are so readily available this time of year. I'd also like to remain committed to strength training at least 3 x wk.

This morning I weighed in at 158. My goal is to get back down to 145 or maybe even 140.

This is a great idea and I would love to join if it's not too late. I want to lose 5lbs this month. I recently started strength training and want to remain dedicated to lifting at least 3 day/wk. My biggest struggle is staying on course on the weekends. So will focus on making better food choices on the weekends.

Hi! Sorry I've been MIA for the past few days...things are extremely busy for me. I have not been doing much exercise, however I am holding fast to my commitment of water (aside from my coffee for my early morning 2 hr drive) and no sweets.

Sorry I forgot to post my results on last night. Wednesday went ok. I ran 20 mins and did 20 mins on the elliptical. I stuck to my water and had no sweets, but my calorie intake was kind of high. Lately I've been eating a lot more. I can't figure out why. :-/ No strength again.

Day 3 was not great. While I refrained from sweets and stuck to water, my food choices for lunch were horrible!
