Been thinking about you a lot Karen! Praying all goes well… YES still camping. Started having left hip pain so cut back to walking but not the strenuous trails …. just more flat walking. Suppose to have rain next two days. Maybe I still need slower walks in-between the rain. We will have 5 days left here (after the rain)…

An AMAZING day! Was 56F when I got up so left for a walk. Husband & fur baby too. We got in 3 miles. Then as we went by house they quit & I dod another mile. It was breezy & nice. SO happy I had the energy to fo 4 miles all at one time. THAT does not happen often. I usually have to do 2 walks! You guys are doing GREAT!…
