Karen…, THANK YOU Its easier now I’m feeling better AND going camping for 2 weeks helps!!! lol…. I walk sev times & where we are there are hard hills to climb! I’m trying not to do so much I get leg cramps! 😝!

May 31st..................3.50 Walking Miles/steps TOTAL WALKING MILES/STEPS as of MAY 31T..........74.50 DUE TOO back injury and biceps injury I lost a bit of time and was unable too meet my goal. I CARRY ON into JUNE 2024 and happy I got as many miles in as I did.... In hopes JUNE will be much better...
