The problem I had with P90X is that it was so long, that is why I like 30DS, I get a good workout and it is only 20 minutes. I hate when Jillian says "Only a few more" and then they continue to do about 15 more instead. LIES

Well when I have a cheat day, like pizza, I only eat a slice or 2 when before I would eat the whole dang thing. Cheat days don't work for everyone though, I know people that have a cheat day and before you know it, it turns into a cheat week and they fall off the wagon.

You could do Jillian Michael's yoga video. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q5nyrD4eM64 It is about 30 minutes, it certainly doesn't get into the whole slow paced relaxation part of yoga though.

Like everyone says, nothing at mcdonalds is good for you but when i do, i get grilled chicken wraps with honey mustard and no cheese. just curious though, why are people throwing out the buns?

Chicken and broccoli is probably your best bet if they have it, I would get steamed rice and avoid egg roll and crab Rangoon.
