If you took a cubic inch of fat and a cubic inch of muscle, the muscle would way more because it is more dense. Technically muscle does way more that fat. If someone said a pound of muscle weighs more than a pound of fat then they would be wrong.

I am one of those people that hates getting out of bed when I wake up tired but I fixed that by getting enough sleep. If I sleep for 8 hours, my alarm goes off and I am wide awake. I don't feel tired at all. If you aren't sleeping enough, that may be the issue.

Just a word of advice, if you are having trouble with motivation, you probably shouldn't start with Insanity. It is very tough and it will burn you out so quickly that you won't want to do any exercise at all. I would work up to Insanity.

I don't mind people in the gym, it's good for them to change themselves for the better. What does make me mad is people that just sit on weight machines listening to music or staring into space and you will get more of that with the more people in the gym.

I don't even know why someone would ask this, why does anyone care? It isn't a rare thing that someone becomes pregnant and asking certainly isn't going to make the baby come any sooner.

I have had family, people at school, etc. Say things about my weight. I was never upset or mad about it simply because they were right! Instead of sulking over it, do something about it. Regardless if they say anything or not, they are still thinking it. At least they have the decency to tell you that they are thinking it.

Truthfully, alot of people that do 30DS don't lose weight. They do however lose inches which is what you should be looking at.

I have found that the workout seems to go much quicker if you mute the TV and listen to some fast paced music.

Just finished day 7, it is still a good workout although it gets easier everyday. My muscles were only a little sore but not enough to stop doing it. I think I will probably do it twice tomorrow, once you get started it is easy to finish, in fact I feel the first circuit is the hardest.
