I just restarted 2 days ago but if you look back a few months you can get some ideas & even April 2013.....it’s funny how I’ve switched up my normal...but you are right- it helps to have new ideas! Good Luck!

Thanks guys for "how to" help! This is a really, really helpful idea! I would have never thought of it & hadn't seen this before......Now on those special occasions when I want more- I can eat more & not feel guilty, because it was "planned". Feeling guilty can lead to bingeing.

I would start your day from when you get/wake up- say 5pm....would be your breakfast. I don't work night shift yet but a lot of the girls eat their "dinner" at 4-5am! Sounds weird but I guess you get use to it. Good luck, I may switch too so I'm interested in how you do. I'm also wondering is it better to exercise right…
