  • The motivation to want to change something is finding that motivation within yourself. What motivated me most was the fact I wanted to be able to feel and look good about myself. I wanted to be able to prove that I have dedication and motivation to change. I want my kiddos to grow up with a mom who can set a good example…
  • Wow! Such a transformation! Great work on your weight loss. I love seeing success stories like this.
  • I think stretch marks are kind of beautiful in a unique way. I have some from a growth spurt in puberty and then I have most of them from my first pregnancy. I have heard a lot of women complain about how ugly their stretch marks are and try to find every way possible to get rid of them. I honestly don't understand it, but…
  • You look great! Awesome job on your weight loss. Keep the hard work up.
  • I discussed continuing my workout routine with my obygn at my first appointment at 12 weeks. He told me to keep at it and he didn't really seem too concerned. He was happy when I went back for my last appointment at 21 weeks when I finally gained a couple of pounds. The only reason I chose to stop doing Jillian Michaels…
  • Hi! I'm 21 and looking to lose a total of 20 lbs. I got 10 baby lbs to lose so after I lose that then I will want to lose 10 more just to feel even better.
  • I suffer from depression and I don't take medication for it, so I have to find ways to cope and that is...exercising! I think being physically active is important and I have noticed when I keep at it everyday that I feel more energized and less depressed. I don't feel sluggish or lazy. I will admit though that some days…
  • My SO and I met online back in our freshman year of HS. We went to the same school, but never happened to notice each other although we hung around the same people. We were friends for a year until we started to date. It's been rocky and a lot of breaking up, but the last 2 years have been good.
  • I have been told I look like Donna off the 70's show and also Lindsey Lohan, but I don't think I look like either. I think people say I look like them because of my red hair.
  • Wow OP forget the ignorance of the negative responders. Correct me if I am wrong. . If you have more to lose doesn't that mean it's okay to lose more than 1-2 lbs a week? I read something about this somewhere.
  • Great job! I like your avi.
  • No it wasn't a blind date. We met through FB and got along well via messaging, but he was totally different in person which was a put off.
  • All of your stories made me go  :noway: I have gone on several awkward dates. One of them was with a guy who looked nothing like he did in photos and our whole date consisted of silence. I later told him I didn't like what I saw..Kind of harsh, but I hate to lie.
  • That's a decent fee. My SO has a gym at his work he can go to for $10 a month for each person, but we live 30 minutes away from his job so that's not an option for now. I am thinking of Anytime Fitness, but I am not sure yet.

  • I never even thought of that. Thanks!

  • That's great input.
  • It doesn't hurt to get new opinions, right?
  • That's a good answer.
  • I don't think anyone really gives a damn how many times this topic has been posted. There's a ton of other topics on here that get brought up A LOT day after day that are the same. Who cares?
  • Let's be honest..not all men/women are beautiful. Some are prettier than others and everyone has a preference in body type. My SO prefers a woman who is skinny, but with a little meat on her bones and his friend likes stick skinny women.
  • Stating the obvious. I don't b*tch to my SO about my body. I do make comments at times about working out to make my body look better, but that's about it. I keep everything else to myself.
  • It really depends on your genetics, like I said. Some women can bounce back and others it takes time. Some even have to get cosmetic surgery done to maintain their look.
  • I have been having this problem too. I think drinking a lot of water & green tea helps. Self control is the biggest thing though.
  • Are you going to do a tummy tuck post on your results?
  • Sorry to answer this so late. I think genetics play a part in how you will turn out after having a baby. My mom has had 9 children (A lot! I know.) and she looks like she never had a baby in the first place. It also depends on if you take care of yourself during your pregnancy too. I didn't during mine and I gained a ton…
  • Well it never hurts to get new fresh opinions.
  • It's hard to accept our new body after having children. It's great you love her for who she is and not what she is.
