Not sure @ tonilizzy88. I go to the gym 4-5 times a week and make sure I burn at least 1000 calories each time. Sometimes I loose loads sometimes not. For instance lost 4lbs week before last then last week lost 1lb, but it does make 5lbs in two weeks, so very pleased nevertheless :happy:

I have reported people in my gym before for wearing flip-flops on the treadmill as it is dangerous :)
