  • Ok guys, new to this but I am up for a challenge, anything to get me motivated. I am good with a weight lose challenge, running challenge... I don't care just something to give me something to focus on. weekly totals of cardio minutes? or weekly miles of running? SO who is in?
  • I am new to this site but sound like a good way to kick off my weight loss goals. My goals are simple, Lose weight so that I can be more active. Just started training for a 1/2 Marathon, so my workouts will be easy to get in, if I can only stop the eating and beer. Current weight: 280 July 4 Goal: 261 Total Lose: 19 lbs
