I am getting sick.. but I still did it... Man o man I am seriously out of shape....

I was planning on starting tomorrow... I guess I can tonight once the kids are asleep:)

ummm not so good. I gained a lb...Starting the 30 day shred today....

I am starting these.. A friend of mine uses them said she gets lots of energy.. you only takes one in the morning and one 8 hrs later.

I am very lucky.. He only says something to me when im down in the dumps.. nothing bad .. He will say I hate how depressed you are if you feel that bad do something.. Hard when I am married to a fit guy.. :)

Back to reality... Spent the weekend in Myrtle Beach for the Marine Corps Ball.. Enjoyed the fancy hotel and not so healthy food.. Hopefully from all the dancing and stress I could have dropped a ton of weight.. no such luck.. back to the grind this week.:)

I am starting over as well..

My nutritionist told me to eat half of them back.

I have fallen hard.. So Im trying to get back on track myself once again. I love seeing all the success stories and hope that I can one day have my own story:)

I want to lose 5lbs this month...Its gonna be super hard since i am going on vacation in 8 days.. yikes.... I will do this I will do this!!!

Hello!! Im a sahm to a 5 yr old and 1 yr old.. I find it so hard to workout with them bc although my 5 yr old loves to do some of the work outs with my 1 yr old does not. He makes it incredibly diffiult. Monday I am sticking to my schedule.. My kids are no onger sick so my 5 yr old will be back in preschool:)
