bump I may try this way, I think I started eating too little, and have upped my goal to aim to lose 1lb a week but planned on leaving some exercise calories uneaten. I like this clear explanation.

I used to be about 300 lbs, lost some slowly before mfp. I'm 5'10" now size 22/24 and would like to get down to an size 16 or less. Please add me if you have lots to lose!

add me, I have lots to lose, I'm doing c25k, swimming and shred occasionally. I started properly mid December and its great!
