I personally have lost 12 pounds in 2.5 weeks by limiting my calories to between 600-1000 calories. Based on previous replies, I suppose I must be one of the lucky ones. I alternate calorie intake each day, so one day it's really low, around 600, and the next day, it is at least 1,000. My body hasn't gone into starvation…

I've been losing weight without exercise. I try to have varying calorie intake so it's higher one day and then lower the next. I have a average between 700 and 950 calories a day.
