I'll answer the questions, thanks. LOL... It did take a long time. I actually owe a lot of the ab success to an aerobics instructor here on campus. She teaches step aerobics with ab intervals where we do lots of different kinds of sit ups and other ab work. I didn't really start losing dramatic inches around my waist until…

Aren't most fat burners just caffeine supplements? I don't know a lot about them nor have I ever taken them...but I usually drink a Sugar Free Red Bull an hour or so before my cardio workouts and it gives me more energy to work harder and push myself more. That may be safer, fat burners/meds always seem scary to me.

I just got back from a Disney vacation and honestly, I had a ton of great food and did gain a little weight from being there. Do I regret it? Not at all. Life's too short and you owe it to yourself to enjoy things that you don't usually eat! I jumped right back on track today and I know that in about a week or so, I should…

iPhone 4S! Just got it two days ago and I'm in love! <3

I lost about 6 pounds in February! I'm 22 and 5'3". Because I've lost nearly 40 pounds since I started MFP and am now very close to a healthy weight range, I don't use quite as rapidly as I did when I was bigger. So I'll take 6 pounds! If I can lost 6 pounds in March, I'll only be 5 pounds away from my goal of 130! I want…

LOL. There's been talk amongst my friends that they're worried about me having an eating disorder because all I post about on Facebook anymore is about diet and weight loss. They knew me only from before when I was the fat and unhappy girl who was incredibly good at hiding her unhappiness. That girl is gone. This has…

Such an amazing difference! You looked fairly fit to begin with, now you're definitely looking SHREDDED! Great work!!!

I'm not sure if Lipton is the best that's out there, but I'm sure it has at least a basic amount of the good stuff that green tea has to offer. Caffeine and antoxidants in there, I'm sure. I drink it and it makes me feel more energized. It doesn't taste as strong as Tazo tea from Starbucks, I bet they are jam packed with…

I had three of them for a snack/dessert tonight. They tasted exactly the same as Oreos but maybe not as creamy. It fit into my allowances for today other than sugar but I worked out a TON today so it doesn't really phase me any. :)

Hard workouts contribute so much to overall weight loss. I have friends who I have been dieting and exercising with and not to be mean but they don't work out as hard as I do in the gym. I'm always the one panting and dripping with sweat, I can't remember a time where I've ever seen them sweat (mostly because they just…

I honestly can't ever think of a time where I didn't go over my sugar levels. My limit is also 25 grams but there's just so much naturally occuring sugar in the kinds of things that I eat that it's impossible to stay under. I think that as long as you are not eating PROCESSED sugars (i.e. candy, sugary cereal, ice cream,…

I swear by Naturally More. The serving size is two tablespoons but I only need one on the mornings where I have an English muffin for breakfast. So good. <3

A word of advice...even though it isn't a cardio DVD and you won't be jumping around a lot, wear sneakers. I was dumb last week and did it barefoot and somehow hurt my ankle a little. That's my 2 cents. :P All of Jillian's DVDs are great!

Yep, it does take a little bit to learn the routines. But even if you're only kind of getting the moves right, as long as you are moving at the same rate and speed as she is then TRUST ME...you will be getting a workout anyway! If you're looking for intense AND fun cardio (a rare combo) then TurboFire will be great for…

I came upon a great discovery this weekend while shopping in Pittsburgh, I now fit into SIZE 4's!!! I've never been anything smaller than a 12 for as long as I can remember!

I'm 5'3" and I exercise almost every day! It can be hard during school but I'm still pretty good about getting to the rec for at least half an hour. If I have a rest day, it will only be one. Never two in a row. I really appreciated the comment about having a nice figure, that's something I've never heard before in my life…

Diet: I really don't eat a lot of bread. I make sure that I only have about two servings a day maximum. The bread products that I do eat, I only eat whole grain. I don't eat ANY red meat, only chicken and fish and I will never eat it fried. I allow myself diet pop, but only one a day. Other than that I only drink water.…

If you guys are amazed by that, take a look at this! January of last year, I was at my heaviest. 200 pounds. It was a combination of college stress and having friends who loved to eat as much as I did. Midnight Sheetz runs, Taco Bell pig-outs...I was eating way too many calories for my body to burn up during the day, none…

I fixed it! LOL. It doesn't fit on the page, oops, I'm gonna make a smaller version but until then, just right click and do "view image" or whatever you have to do on your browser. (I have Firefox, lol) Thanks guys!

Lifting weights will help you lots and lots! My arms used to be one of my biggest problem areas too. Now I absolutely love my arms and my shoulders. Make sure you are using heavy enough weights that you are feeling an obvious resistance, but not so heavy that you struggle to complete the exercise. You can see a lot of…

I have found that I lose the most (about two pounds) when I stick to a diet of 1000 - 1200 calories a week. Some days, I am as low as 800 when you take into account my exercise and total calories consumed. But I only eat when I'm hungry and I only eat healthy foods. I continue to lose weight and I feel great. I'm still…

It's true. I had to lose about 30 pounds before I finally started losing inches from my waist, it was definitely frustrating because it's the place I want changes the most. I went from about 41 at my highest weight (200 lbs) and I am now at 35, only down 6 in 50 pounds, but I've lost a considerable amount of inches from…

One thing I've learned is that as much as you would love to be a positive influence to your friends, you can't force your lifestyle or diet on anyone else. I have quite a few overweight friends but they choose to be that way. They love to eat and will eat junk in front of me without a second thought. But it's their life,…

I'm from Titusville, PA originally (Northwest PA, about an hour from Erie)...whole family lives there but right now my parents and brother live in Warren, PA (near NY state border) and I go to school at Clarion University!

It always blows me away, the amount of calories you can burn just by playing that game, just by having fun!
