  • I am in finishing week 2 of phase 1, lost 7 lbs so far,,only want to lose about 14 so halfway there..I just wanted to shake up my usual excercise as I found myself gaining weight..the pylo is a killer as is the yoga for me due to my lack of flexibility..cant wait until my victory stogie and scotch at the end...
