Day 10 question: What’s your goal? My goal is 30 more lbs I will be do this in 5lbs intervals, I will be preplaning meals for the weeks.

I am feeling better every day since my surgery but can start lifting to much for about 3 more weeks. I hope all is well with everyone and have a blessed day
