  • Mine is closed, but I mainly use it for my personal tracking not to get opinions from others. I would open it if I wondered why I can't lose that last 5 lbs, etc. I only occasionally get on the boards if I am looking for info on something specific like fitness trackers such as fitbit, etc. etc.

  • It seems like that number of calories is way too low for a male...I know guys tend to lose weight more quickly, but that is a lot. My advice would be to make sure you eat back your exercise calories first. Then if you continue to lose really fast add 100 or 200 calories per day. I often think MFP gives too low of calories…
  • I agree! I have some natural PB that I keep handy for when I do a late workout and should be eating but don't feel like it. Rare occasion, but it happens!

  • This happened to me awhile back...I had just walked several miles on a treadmill and I must have been twisting alot. All of my harder workouts cause me no pain; I walk on a treadmill and have sore ribs lol :laugh:
