I just started Keto with my husband. Love it so far but it is confusing to the brain after all the crap you have been told for years is false. I really needed to read this today. Im going to print it off and make my husband read it tonight. Thank you.

You think like me, I am going to exercise so I can stay within my calorie goal today. Funny thing is I used to not even let over eating bother me now I manage it. Awesome thing.

My first grandbaby was due in November 2012. I realized I was fat and out of shape. I want to be that fun active grandma at 43. I went from 189 lbs in Jan to 155 in Dec. Still going.

Even on the days you really really dont want to do it, GO make yourself go run. Afterwards you will be so glad you did. Its such a feeling of accomplishment. Hats off to you!

me too, I ate what I wanted in moderation and still lost .6 of a pound.

I still feel fat and huge but the other day a coworker told me I was wasting away to nothing. I guess my head will catch up with my body some day.

I run my first 5K the same day. I am excited but nervous. Just remember your doing the event for a good cause but your getting active for you. Be Proud

Me too. I sit in my office and its 72 in here (according to the thermo) and my hands are freezing. I actually shake sometimes. Im going to sneak in a heat blanket. But.....I would rather be cold than fat. lol

I have been running since May of this year so I am not expert but when I jog at my normal pace I am fine. I dont eat before. honestly I found it very hard to follow along. I did it for about 2 months and got bored with it. I still use some of the hits though. Good luck
