couch to 5K program is the best for anyone who has never ran. It takes some endurance to stay at it but well worth it. You will start off week one barely being able to run 60 secs and the next thing you know your body is running 5 mins! Its a perfect program for beginners.

Drinks. I am strictly on water. I never realized how many calories were in them. for example a strawberry lemonaid is typically 200 calories. At one time I would prob drink 3 or 4 of those for a dinner meal. Thats half my calories for the day in liquid!

I have let me daughter go if there is a parent going with them, they might not necessarily hang with the parent at the mall but at least they are getting there and home safe.

I have a 20 oz bottle at my desk and fill it at least 5 times before I leave work. We have a water filtration system at work and the water is cold but not ice cold. I do however put ice in my drink at home.

I have taken the shot before and it was terrible. I have had 5 children and it was just like being pregnant again. Well our gym had a staph bacteria MRSA (short for methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus) scare a year ago so I would rather be safe than sorry.

Only peeve I have is when people do not wipe the machines down. Our gym provides disinfecting wipes in about 3 places along with these big huge signs that say its mandatory to wipe any surface you touch with any part of your body and yet they still do not do it.
