I agree with Superwmn..eat a salad before and then eat like grilled chicken and veggies.. like fajitas, but light oil..It's ok to modify. I worked in a restaurant for years and my husband is a Exec Chef. It's ok. You can make good choices with food..Don't be tempted. Good Luck Emily

If you can afford it. Get a Personal Trainer and ask them. I don't have a clue. Seems like your doing exactly what you should be doing, but you never know. Some people say the same routine can stop weight loss. So mix it up, take some dance classes like Zumba..you can burn up to 600 calories an hour.. Good Luck! Emily

When you are sleep deprived, weight will rise..As far as the SF Red bull I think its OK. But if your noticing a change in your weight try only having a few a week.. Good Luck Emily

Hey there. Make some tacos, with regular corn tortillas not the crunchy ones. Add ground turkey or chicken with spices and you have yourself a fantastic tasty dinner..add brown rice, and black beans..you can also add cilantro if you like into your black beans I do that for yummy flavor..I think I will make that for dinner…

If your not adding salt, then I think it would be healthy. If it works for you keep doing it. I always add salsa to my eggs or chicken and It's fine for me. I would figure maybe like 20 to 30 calories and 0 fat because of all the veggies. :)

Hummus, with whole wheat pita chips..you can make your own with olive oil spray and some garlic salt.. bake until crispy at like 350 for 7-8 min turning once.. Hummus you can make your own..My favorite is the Biggest Looser Hummus Recipe..Sooo Good...Good Luck..
