  • Welcome Jessica! I used to feel the same way but MFP has really helped me because you can talk to people that all have the same goal, live a healthy lifestyle. Most of us are here to lose weight, like myself, I am needing to drop 50 pounds and find this site very motivating! Feel free to add me!
  • If you have a gym membership somewhere, look into taking some classes. I also buy random workout DVDs from Target just to switch things up a bit.

I would not recommend any type of detox, your body does this naturally and there are also foods that are good for your digestive system.
