Thanks so much for all the quick replies. I do not own a pair of scales at home - so I was actually using a weight from a doctor's visit 2 weeks ago and comparing to the exam this week. So, yes, it could be the difference in scales - was dressed essentially the same..... but it was still discouraging. I am not using the…
