When i first started a month ago to really start my weight lost i was 222 i am now 211.2 but i was 209.6 so now i gotta do some major damage to get this weight off..I would like to be 135 to 145 i am willin to fight for this but sometimes i get week to eat junk food i finally stop drinkin soda so guys what advice do you…

i do and so far lost 12 pounds its really good when u want to do carido...i usually do a hour on the boxing because it makes u sweat and burn cals

I love my wii im looking for new fitness games for it. I only use wii fitness and do mostley the boxing...to tell you the truth if you do the boxing you will sweat you wont even relize how deep you got yourself into the game. But thank you everyone i will be a daily memeber to this site

Your welcome and you should digg your wii out its a good way to start your excerice. I using do 1hr of boxing which is very good it helps you sweat and burn major cals. Take it one day at a time
