I think Chalene Extreme has a great weights program for both beginners and experienced lifters. Its a video series, so not too sure how it will help at the gym.

Have a steak day, you loose 1-2lbs the next day and keep it off. Eat nothing all day except water then at night eat a big steak with either a tomato or apple. It works, no joke.

I do this with a tbsp of coconut flour. Such a yummy snack. I learned about it from a friend who follows the paleo diet. I like it with syrup!!

A double serving of Costco's chicken and chive dumblings. 280 cals, and probably a lot of salt. But that is what I eat for second dinner.

This is truly the best flavored greek yogurt out there. My god is it good. But I buy 3x 500ml a week from Costco's kirkland to use in variety of ways. I make a liter of tzatziki a week and use the rest with either jam or honey in the morning. So addicted to Greek yogurt.

Salads are deceiving. The Salmon Salad at Moxies it about 1300 cals. I say when in doubt stick with a chicken dish. I am crazy about online menu planning, its the best way to go.

When my Grandma was sick we would make full fat Alfredo Fettuccine from scratch. I was great to see her eat it all and I loved having an excuse to eat such rich food.

You tube is great. There are talented people posting instruction videos for just about any look. Pick a celebrities hair that you could see working for you and google "how to get _________'s hair." Just log everything, I find having to log things helps me to stop snacking. Also eat full fat greek yogurt when you crave sugar, it is filling and better than ice cream and packed with protein. Welcome!

I think those people have a lot to lose. Its relative. If you have only 5lbs to lose, you'll probably only lose 1 or 2lb while someone who has 100lbs to lose could lose 20lb. You look great, and an inch off your hips sounds like great progress.
