Jenni how did it go for you? I am starting my 2nd 24 hour fast after reading Eat Stop Eat. My first one was not all that hard and I’m planning to do this two days a week along with 3 days of strength exercise.

Oops, it's 5 days on phase 3 for every 1 pound lost. So mine would be 125 days on consolidation phase.

On the advice of my nurse practitioner, I am doing a modified dukan diet and am thrilled so far. I add coconut oil to it, 1-2 T. a day. And my homemade crockpot yogurt is full fat and cottage cheese is low fat. (Just cause that's what Sam's club has) I know we need fat. My mood has been better, so I'm not convinced on the…
