  • Last night was a zero so that made two out of four. Not half bad. I've been eating well, counting calories, drinking less, kayaking twice a week and the scale isn't moving. THIS is what frustrates me. It's Friday so there will be wine. Happy weekend all!
  • Monday = 1 Tuesday = 0 Going for another zero tonight as we're planning on taking the kayaks out on the lake to watch the sunset. Trying to keep busy in the evenings -- it's easier to replace the wine when there's things going on.

  • No zeros here in a while. Monday = 2 Tuesday = 2 Wednesday = 1/2 Life is just too darn good at the new cabin in the woods! Sitting on the porch listening to the rain with a glass of wine is just too easy. Going to try for a zero tonight.
