Is anyone else doing the 5 mile walk DVDs from Leslie Sansome? I just started doing them this week and am up to 2 miles - so that's 5 mph for 24 minutes. It is a workout! Okay, how many calories are REALLY in grilled chicken
I love MFP but often there are conflicting numbers for the calorie count. Anyone have a true figure for the amount of calories in a grilled chicken breast? I eat a lot of chicken and would like to be accurate! :)
