put the ball between your fit - left your legs up - while lifting your arms - grab the ball - lower legs - lower arms with ball until it touches the floor - lift both arms/legs - put ball back in between ankles - lower arms/legs until ball touches floor - repeat...

I dice it and put it in tuna with a bunch of other veggies - and only mustard/dill relish for sauce - way yummy - but would be it's good with a mayo sauce as well - I'm just not a big fan of mayo.

What do you mean by "regular meal"? I feel like I eat a lot of regular meals and stay within my calorie range. For example, a good dinner would be chicken breast with some rice or potato and a steamed vegetable. It fills me up and it isn't high in calories. If you feel you're not allowed enough calories to eat how you…

check your blood pressure - and be sure to keep your heart rate in check and within your range. dizzy is almost always related to what's going on with your heart, at least in my experience - during workouts.

I did in 2002 and it was truly AMAZING. Definitely go for it!

you have to feed your workout - if you don't give your body the fuel it needs to support the work you make it do, it will actually shut down on you. It is possible to eat too few calories - or to not enough to support the workout - and cause your body to gain weight.

so how often do you measure? I currently measure once a month. but am wondering if I should perhaps do it more frequently - though want to avoid the "not enough progress" gloom...

Does anyone know why the exercise log doesn't count the time spent weight training in minutes toward your weekly exercise goal? I try to do a very healthy balance of both cardio and weight training - and took that into consideration when I set my weekly minute goal but the weight training doesn't record an equivalent in…

I'm in. Won't know my start weight until Tuesday, but I want to be 6 pounds lighter by Valentine's.

if the calories are extras earned from exercise you don't have to eat them all - ever. I'd think it's important to eat all of your minimum calorie intake - but try to have at least 2 hours to digest between eating the last item and going to bed...but I'm not 100 percent sure about that.

my 30s have been by far the absolutely most fabulous time of my life! loving single and 35! mourn it if you feel it, but then embrace it - a lot of great things are around the corner.

I'm late - but I'm in. My goal bed time is 10 pm so I can get up for those 5 am workouts. That puts my no more food in the mouth time at 8 pm. Hoping it's a snack, and not dinner, but whatever it is, it'll be 2 hours before bed time.

generally it's good to eat before a workout - I usually need about 20 minutes, but the key is to make that meal more carb, less protein. Then to get more out of your workout you want to eat a higher protein, lower carb food/meal after the workout - the sooner the better. There are a number of articles about "feeding your…

you can also do the home fries with zucchini - lightly coat in cornmeal w/ egg whites for extra crispy-ness

my rule on an indulgent meal - make the next five healthy so that at least 80 percent of the time I'm eating well. and if I make bad choices all day long in a day - I say 4 good ones for one whole bad one... lets me forgive myself and get back on track 'cause it's about a lifetime, not a particular diet phase.

don't do it - I had this urge last night because I was tired and missing the salty taste of fast food. called a friend, drove past the drive through and got home to heat something quick out of the fridge. There are lots of fast, easy to fix options. You can do it!

it's pretty well understood among nutritionists that no adult should consume fewer than 1200 calories. If you think you're eating too many calories - add exercise and don't eat all of the additional calories it provides. this will help increase your calorie deficit - but you have to be sure to take in enough calories to…
