I just turned 60 in Disney World with the grandkids on Dec 27th. I have all the same issues and also have at least 40 pounds to lose. Count me in!

Me too. I just started my journey as well and can use the support. I'm down in Baton Rouge right now visiting my daughter and its always a challenge when you're away. Just got off her treadmill though...ugh! But I'm glad I forced myself.
