personally, I've cleared my house of all "white" foods and keep Ezekiel bread in original and cinnamon raisin in my freezer. It helps with my bread cravings plus its low on the glycemic index which helps with my sugar intake.

I personally take 70mg of iron daily. I haven't had an issue with the pills at all.

I weigh things like cheese, meats, and pastas. For veggies and fruit I go by the cup/size depending on the vegetable. I love my food scale.

On Fridays I eat whatever I want after 2pm. I also log every bit of it. It helps keep me on track but also allows me to have things that I normally don't.

Eat what you normally would eat. We all have days like that. When I have a day like that I just start over today. It is a new day and a new fight. I wouldn't limit your food today just because of yesterday.

I'm on 1200 a day and I eat back most of my workout calories so I'm between 1400 and 1600 a day. It is challenging, but I get a lot of protein and fat which keeps me full.
