I'm facing the same struggle with my husband. He loves to eat heavy starches like white rice and potatoes. It's a struggle because I'm the one who cooks and he's not open to trying new healthy dishes.

I get fage plain greek yogurt because it has less sugar and I can make it taste better with fruit and granola. If I'm on the go I'll get Light & Fit Greek yogurt. It only has 7 grams of sugar.

You can meet people anywhere so why not on MFP? You'll be meeting people with similiar goals and you'll have something in common with them. If I was single I would do it. :)
