Hey I'm still here. did my exhaustion test today and I'm on colunm 1 week 5 I had to stop a little bit cause I got really sick but now I'm better and back at it! I also did the day 1 today after resting from the exhaustion test. it was: 17/19/15/15/20 and I did: 17/19/15/15/23 see you all on day2!! have a good week!

don´t feel bad cause you didn't do well, you always have next time to do it better! and I hope you feel better!! I'm still on it too! this week I re done week2 so now I'm working on week3 I do sunday tuesday and thurday so today was 12/17/13/13/17 and I did exactly that.. I usualy can do more at the end but this time my arms wouldnt let me. I'm thinking it had to do with the fact I workout too much today.. lets see how next day goes
