not sure if anyone pointed this out but in the OP, fat is 7 calories/gram not 9. edit: sorry I am wrong.. I could swear I learned in college it was 7 lol.. DAMMIT

everywhere I look it says my BMR is 1900. why is this program saying 2390?? although most the online calculators have my TEE at about 3200 which is about a 1000 more than what this program tells me.. so confused?!

dont listen to her haha. nutrient timing is not that important. (except protein for bodybuilders). Eat something after your workout even cardio. just keep it inside your daily ratios and your fine. Carbs before bed are OK. wont 'turn to fat' overnight... myth

I take scoop of myofusion elite protein, BCAA, 2 apples and 10 egg whites after my workout. But thats just me ;)

If you stay withing you caloric needs for the day and are eating a proper breakdown of your bodies needs for proteins, fats (good fats) and carbohydrates then it should work fine. My protein needs are really low on this app. says something like 120 grams a day.. haha. I need over 200 a day for my muscle size. just cant eat…
