sorry nevermind. found it. Under cardio :) So cool. On my first day back I got to -5 calories for the day after exercise :) only problem was my macro ratios were a little off... oh well thanks

Ya I can get to that page and I put in 60 min but all I can see is how many calories I burned. I dont have the 'add exercise' green button underneath like your post shows. hmm

ahhhh I dont like this.. they changed it. I add in 13 sets of bench press and 8 sets of triceps at 10 reps each set and my calorie count does not change. What?! Im still in a surplus of -32 calories for the day. Why wont my exercise reflect that and make it go back to a green deficit of about 2-300?

yes i know i see that but I can only pick individual exercises like incline bench etc and how many sets and reps. I want to just pick 60 min of high intensity strength training and it add those calories into my daily count.

my only other question i think is how do you make juice from only greens? they are leaves pretty much. how do you get liquid from spinach and kale?

let me clarify... im not starving. I just feel like I could eat and somewhat want to eat to feel better.. But its not crazy starving feeling at all. I am going to bump it up to 2000-2200 a day.

and the other thing is I am trying to keep as much muscle as possible while cutting up for summer. I am taking 2 scoops of BCAA a day and some glutamine. Also keeping the protein high from good sources like egg whites, shakes and chicken/fish

I have heard other wise from a fitness model that it is mentally tough and strenuous to be in a decent deficit. so hmmm

ya it appears I am under what I really need. I am going to up it to about 200-2100 a day.

well thats what MFP says. for my height, weight etc at lightly active lifestyle, and 6 times a week exercise and 1.5 lbs a week it has me at 1700 a day.

in my third week, started at losing 1 a week and just this monday set it to 1.5 a week

really? I tend to get around 220 grams of protein a day and I am about 180lbs. Seems like I am getting enough

hmm ill try.. and I took some time off from the app because I was finishing my clean bulk the last few weeks and didnt really need to be over specific on my eating. Now since monday I have gone into cut mode so I am tracking it again

I also intend to drink 2-3 L of water a day, two servings of BCAA throughout the day with glutamine.

ok thanks Ill set it back a bit... Im about 13% right now.. lean but not very cut.. I have very minimal abs showing now lol.. just slightly see them.

I just get it once or so a month while playing volleyball or something.. out of no where my heart starts racing like crazy for about 2-3 minutes then subsides. I just let it pass and keep going. no biggie

DO NOT drink pasteurized milk! only raw milk from a clean and reputable farmer. OR drink almond milk mixed with a MRP. pasteurized milk is damn well near a poison. cancer in a carton
