if your going with PC greek yogurt, I love the vanilla flavor. Although I tried a peach flavor of another brand from No Frills and it was really good too. I love when they have then 50% off for close dated reasons. I stock up on all of them :) expiry dates are for chumps

be pretty tough getting 200-300 grams of protein in throughout the day is 10gram doses at a time each hour ;)

no one else has tried Darryl bars??? 28 grams of protein and all natural.

Darryl Bars! all natural granola protein bar with berries in it and chocolate on the top. They are from the Windsor region and are SOOO yummy. 28 grams of protein I believe and 290 calories. they sell for about 3.50 at london good lifes and spartan nutrition stores but I get them for 2 bucks a pop

thats a good point.. I think what I may do is after a few weeks from now start gradually cutting while still lifting intensely. ease off the cal's slighly each week but keep protein going higher?

ok thanks. I think to be safe I will move it from 'maintain weight' now to .5 while clean bulking. and then in 1.5 months when I want to cut really fast for summer I will go to lose 2lbs a week?

Passover is something I gladly PASS OVER. I always laugh at my muslim friend who fasts for something like a month and can only eat after dark.. what a joke. to each their own I guess.

I go to 'daily' tab in my app and it breaks down all the fat, cholesterol, carbs etc..

sadly today my saturated fat was really high due to my 2 chicken burger with cheese cheat meal :) question... is it normal for a very lean and healthy diet to be over 50% sat fat out of all the total fats going in?

30-50-20 (good fats) but then again it all depends on many factors but just in general thats a good breakdown for cut time

Chicken fish Egg whites in bulk Spinach apples greek yogurt bananas plums avacados hummus and pita blueberries and other berries low fat cottage cheese almond milk and thats just the grocery store,, wont even list my 2 cupboards of supplements hehe

AFAIK its a myth about eating before bed and gaining weight.

go to a supplement store and buy a huge tub of weight gainer ;) 1200 calories a serving will do it! about 4-7 dollars a serving though on average so basically the cost of a meal. 60 dollar 5lb bucket will give you about 8 servings

So i got home from 45 min of squash and 15 min of weights tonight... i was in the red by about -100 after 6 egg whites put on half a pita bread with hummus spread on it. but then I added in my exercises and I got put back into the green to 520 calories.. so I went and had a cup of low fat cottage cheese lol.. now to 318 in…

Sorry one last thing, I see it has a section for lifestyle (sedentary, active, very active etc) and then right under that it asks how many times a week are you going to work out and for how long. Keep it on active (not very active) and keep 6/week for 60 min if I dont want to add exercise amounts in each day? thx

ok thanks. SO lets say I play squash tonight and it says I burned 800 cals for an hour of squash (which is probably low because it would account for recreational to intermediate squash level of play and I am a intense A level player), thats means I will need about 3100 cal's today to keep my intended '1/2 pound a week'…

no i think I put is as very active. and I put down 6 days a week exercising for 60 min each. so why then in your diary does it ask for your exercise amounts for the day if it is already pre-programmed in the app?
