I did lose weight! I actually did C25K in addition to the 30 Day Shred. I would alternate days. I stayed on Level 1 of 30 Day Shred. Yeah! Couch 2 5K is so great. It is really gradual, but it will absolutely get you running 30 minutes straight in 9 weeks. I run 3 times a week for 9 weeks, with intervals of walking and running for 30 minutes until finally - BAM! 5k. :-) http://www.coolrunning.com/engine/2/2_3/181.shtml

Walked a mile today, shopping with friends. It's my birthday so working out wasn't at the top of my list, but I'm going to the coast this weekend so I'll get some nice beach walks in. :-) 99 miles to go!
