I use the brown rice protein one. Since whey is a dairy product it bothers me. The ones they advertise as lactose free but still containing dairy bother me as well. I would stick to rice or hemp protein. Sometimes I also put in some PB2 dried peanut butter for my protein in a smoothie.

It comes off my belly quickly when I give up bread and other processed carbs like pasta, etc.
