2-3 Espresso a day when at work, I gave it up for a while then I went all out and even have an espresso machine on my desk. I tried the Red Bull for a while and I do like it but I wanted to cut out all fizzy drinks

I love how the people saying how great the product is joined today and have one or two forum posts. It makes me believe that they were alerted to this thread by Google alerts and are only here to defend a product with questionable claims at best. You would be better off to save your money and see a nutritionist, and…

You will get more than the 2-3 Mph you are hoping for, when I switched to a good road bike my speed went from 14-16 MPH up to 22-24 MPH on average. If you can get the road bike sooner to train, get it now.

I step on the scale every morning, the only reason I do this is because my scale tracks my weight online and I want a very accurate information to look back on, as well it helps for trending, I can see what is happening over time and it helps me not to worry about stalls and small gains if I can see the overall trend is…

Get rid of them, Keep one Large clothes set to remind you, but get rid of the rest. If your clothes fit right it is a wake up call if they get tight. If you still have larger clothes you will just pull them out.

Depends, has she let you get on and ride her bike yet?

This is something I make for my daughter, it is a pancake with woven bacon inside, now just cover it in butter and maple syrup and you are good to go.

Binging can be a hard thing to overcome. once you start on a binge you think oh well, I have blown it and I might as well do what I want for now. Working to get past the all or none mind set is key, If you run a stop sign driving in the morning you would not say to yourself, oh well I will just run them all today. Start to…

Wow Debelwell, 2 whole posts. You will have to excuse me for not believing in your products. I get the feeling you only come here when you get a google alert to defend your snake oil. Your post is the same as any diet scam that gets mentioned on the boards, some one with no post count shows up to defend how great the…

Relax, you are in a stall. We all go through it, it is your body's way of catching up. Have you been taking your measurements? I found when I stalled I would shrink and then weight loss would start again. What you are feeling is normal, don't worry the weight loss will start again an keep going, and yes at some point you…

We all fear that, but it looks like you have already lost 38 lbs in 2 months, that is just short of 20 lbs per month! I do not think you need to worry about being the exception to the rule you are doing fine.

I am sorry you look at it that way,

You really need to speak to someone that has had surgery, I had a VSG done beginning of Nov. Was it easy, heck no! I worked for a year to get my diet and exercise to where I needed to be, I went to counseling, met with dietitians, nurses, doctors and more. I worked every waking moment to get my problems in order. Once I…

Hair loss is quite common with rapid weight loss. If you look at any Bariatric forum most of the people in there get it, it tends to be from lack of protein. If you up you protein to 90+ grams a day I would be willing to bet the hair loss would stop. I do agree with the others to see a doctor and get any tests they…

I have he Withings WiFi Scale and it is the best scale I have ever owned. I do have it connected to MyFitnesspal so when I weigh in it posts any weight loss on my news feed. It is very accurate, easy to set up and work flawlessly. As laurennxmarie pointed out the Body Fat and BMI are great to have as well. I would…

I know it is not much help but be sure you are following your plan and just stick with it, it will come, we all stall at some point.
