You are exercising more --> your body needs more food. You can try eating bigger portions when u do eat. But remember being hungry is not dangerous, I don't think people should be so afraid of being hungry all the time. Do whats best for you and work through it, try different things! :) Good luck x

I am just like you! Hot nice baths seem to help me really well, also if you can access a sauna its relaxing and warming. I try to do some jumping jacks, dance around and just get my blood to stream through my body as much as poss when my lips sometimes turn blue. Good luck and keep warm!

How much weight do you have to lose? I'd like to loose another 12 lbs. How fast are you trying to lose it? As fast as I can. When I'm with my boyfriend, I usually cook, just because I enjoy it and finds it relaxing and its quite funny seeing his face when he tastes the most delicious meals ever, lol ;) We try to cook together as well, being next to one another is really nice even when cooking since we have a long distance relationship.

cottage cheese, not the sweetened ones, are a good source of protein, I use it in different was such as with pancakes or as topping, or even in chicken wraps. The other day I made an egg white omelet with mushroom and leek and wrapped it up - it was delicious to say the least!
