Level 2 officially kicked my butt, but I loved it. I like that the workouts are only 20 minutes so it is hard to find an excuse to not do them. Good luck shredding!

I am about a week into the 30 day shred myself. I am planning on going up to level 2 tonight. A little nervous, but I am looking forward to feeling the difference. How long have you been doing the shred?
