Thanks everyone!! I really do feel awesome about myself lately which is HUGE for me, because confidence is something I don't have much of. Oh and the pants I have on are the ones I wore when my hubby proposed to me 5 years ago!!

What day are you on, 3? I was horribly sore day 2 and 3 and then it started to ease up a bit. Now, other muscles ache. Maybe because I am going deeper into the exercises (on some)? Not sure. I was pretty lazy with it today, though. Maybe my muscles should be worse,

Day 4 done, some things were a lot harder on Day 1 than they are now. Some things are still pretty hard, but soreness is easing up and I think I am getting stronger!

I do every morning and for me it is not a problem. It is motivation either way for me. If I see a loss, I want to keep going. If I don't, I want to try harder. I know people say don't weigh yourself everyday, but it works for me!!

Just finished Day 3. I think it is still as hard as day one and I am very sore, but I actually hung in there a little better today. I see some progress. :flowerforyou:

It may cost the restaurants more to do the research, but they may get more business, too. I know I would eat out a lot more if I knew exactly what I am putting into my body. You can guess the main ingredients, but may not realize or think about some of the other ingredients they use. So, yes, I vote YES!

Oh I know!! The stairs are the worst, especially walking down them! AND, I have to do this 100 times a day while carrying a 26 pound toddler each way. I can't wait until my muscles get stronger!!

Second day-I am wondering if anyone else is struggling like I am. I have to take little breaks during the strength. It kills me. Am I out of my league here??

Congrats! When I got pregnant and was responsible for my baby's health was the only time that I cared what I put into my body. Can I join if I want to lose 15 by Thanksgiving?? I already lost 27 and would LOVE to be down 40+ by Thanksgiving. I want to make my goal a little lower because I am sure I will plateau at some point. Also, my 10 year reunion is the weekend of Thanksgiving. Talk about motivation! Good luck to all!

I agree with both! It was harder to convince myself to get started. I found these first 27 pounds to be very easy. I don't think I am sacrificing that much. Now, we'll see how the rest comes off!

Wow!! I need to take pointers on how to not let other people bother me so much. You do have a great attitude! You could have came out swinging (probably what I would have done.) Very impressive and maybe I should try that approach sometimes!:drinker:
