Hey everyone! Did w6d3 yesterday, and I'm still alive! I had to restart w6 because I was sick for a week and a half. Nyk, I had to stop after w6d2, and I had 1.5 weeks off. When I got better, I did w6d1. It was hard, but the second day was easier. Hope that helps.

Great job! You can do it! I lift weights on 3 days that I don't do C25K. That takes me about 20 minutes. Thinking of adding a stationary bike to it also. I want to strengthen my thighs more.
