  • I drink one after every workout. I love the taste of them and it's really up to you. I want Shakeology by Beachbody, but they r so expensive :( I mainly drink mine for a snack and it helps me cause I Love Chocolate!

  • Day 10/Speed 1.0 I went hard today, stayed sweat dripped 5 mins after workout, and I feel great! Still didn't nail the workout, modified of course, but I must say I'm getting stronger day by day :) I'm going longer before I have to switch to modify!! Yay me!!! Burned 305cals!

  • Today begins my week 2! I am down in my back so I modified some of the jumps, but I worked up a great sweat and loving it!! Can't believe it's week 2:bigsmile: As for my first STATurday, everything's the same as for weight and inches!! It's ok, I'm not stopping it will come:wink:

  • So I hurt my back on Friday Double Day :( Didn't realize till later that day. But Imma keep pushing. Of course yesterday was REST, and I just finished Sunday's stretch. Hopefully it will help my back and leg. Toes r numb which sucks so bad!!! We shall c how tomorrow goes.
