I am determined to stay on track this week! I didn't work out Monday morning and was told I was cranky and that I needed to make sure I got up every morning and worked out. So since then I have made it happen. I am noticing some slight changes, but the end so the week will be the determining factor. How is everyone else doing this week?

    I have been doing the workouts as scheduled. Today is Week 3 Day 2 for me. i think that after awhile it just becomes habit..it doesn't even cross my mind to "skip" a workout. If I feel like don't have the energy my mind says "well it is only 25 minutes". I am a teacher taught summer school so I was only working 20 hours a week and my daughter is 11 (she is my only) so I don't have a lot of "busy mommy" stuff to do (like when the babies are small) so my energy level has been good. However, I go back to work on August 5th...so we will see how I feel then because my time and energy will both be "taken up". I'm hoping it will have become such a part of my life that I will WANT to work out for releif...we will see.

    Good for you! Keep your goal in mind. When you don't think you can't or your aren't "feeling it" just remember it is 25 minutes. Just push play and as the Nike slogan goes "JUST DO IT" lol.

    Today was Day 4 of week 3 for me and I did Cardio. Shaun T. loves those lunges! I am loving life..the scale finally moved a bit this morning, after beng at a standstill for a good while. I just found out also that my daughter will be home for one night next wednesday on their way to Florida for a vacation and am hoping that she will notice a difference. I haven't seen her in a month and a half. Tomorrow is doubles, so I am trying to get my game plan together on weather I will tackle both in the morning or one in the morning and one in the evening.

    Finally Friday! Today is double day for me and ending week 3. I did Total Body Circuit this morning and it was a little challenging (second time for this one this week). I will do my Abs this evening, since I just don't have enough time to do an hour in the morning.

    My "Friday" is Sunday. I like have having Monday and Tuesday off. I am not a Monday person so haviing it off. So I guess I am 2 days behind you.

    I am not much of a Monday person either and often struggle with gettinp up at 5 on Monday Mornings. I didn't get my double in yesterday, so will be doing my abs today and then stretch tomorrow......This week I lost 1.5 pounds and 1/4 inch from my waist, other then that there really wasn't much change. Have a GREAT weekend team.

    It's going by FAST! So the past 2 STATurdays, I haven't lost not one lb.!! In fact I'm up 4 from my lowest before starting:sad: But my clothes are so much looser and that's what's keeping me going! I don't follow his nutrition, haven't looked at it even, but if going into BETA, I still haven't lost, I'm gonna be pissed:grumble:

    angie, I didn't lose for the first two weeks, then I started following the nutrition guide religiousy, and lost two pounds last week (1400 cals). SO if by Beta you haven't lost, give it some thought maybe? Don't give up!

    P.S. did anyone just about die during the friday doubles? I was in Insanity dizzy/puke territory, I had to take a nap lol.

    ya me too. i have only lost 1.6 lbs max as that bounces around too,lol no inches but i do feel better and different. today doing cardio i was feeling how tight my core felt, so hopefully that only means 1 thing... i am building muscle/ strength there and losing body fat.....

    Thanks everyone! I guess this is a program where the scale shouldn't be involved. Lol It's so discouraging to me. I will never quit, but I get so down about it. I was hoping with this program I'd lose a bunch of weight, but looks like that's not gonna happen. I'm gonna keep at it but seriously on week 3 and NO LOSS :(
    I still have 63lbs to lose to be a healthy BMI..I have come a long way, but still so far to go. Maybe I shouldn't even do his STATurdays??? And just check after I'm done with Alpha.
