I started Focus T-25 today. I'm very out of shape. Been out with a stress foot fracture for 4 weeks...so everything has shifted! I did my first work out today, followed the modifier the entire time, felt like I was going to throw up 20minutes into int (literally), but pushed through and finished! Yea me!!! I feel great…

I did the Alpha Cardio DVD yesterday and I loved it! I usually do Jillian Michaels 30 day shred but i'm done and i'm bored now. Who has pictures and results from T25? I have 30 days to lose my last 20-25 pounds for Miami Carnival. :wink:
